Hormoz-2 is an iranian short range naval ballistic missile and is believed to be an Anti-radiation derivative of Fateh-110 tactical ballistic missile. Overall it means it's capable of hitting ships with somewhat of a meaningful accuracy . It either uses active or passive radar homing.
