The White Ghost will definitely take you to low earth orbit. I'm not saying High Earth Orbit is guaranteed, but if you do it the right way, it will. If you want to get into HEO the easy way, turn on infinite fuel recommended to turn it on when you're on the second stage. You may be wondering why it's called "The White Ghost." Well, if you turn on no atmospheric drag (turn it back off at re-entry), It goes MUCH FASTER. So.. once again.... ENJOY!!!
