Description
The is part 2 of 3 parts for a free moon base , I shouldn't need to explain the process again unless you didn't read the instructions for the last part... In which case I'll quickly go over the basics: launch when moon is between 0-90 degrees facing up from launch pad, land near the previous part, use the docking ports to connect them together, and maybe even take the rover for a spin.
